Marie Ange Mory, the artist at the heart of Sindu
Marie Ange Mory, the founder of Sindu, dreamed of “taking art out of its box”, giving a new dimension to artistic expression, bringing it alive and vibrant in everyday life. For her, every Sindu scarf is more than just an accessory. It’s an opening onto the Mediterranean, a work of art to wear, a painting to contemplate.
From a very early age, Marie-Ange discovered nature in Provence around the blue house backing onto the hills. At the age of 18, she enrolled in an art and design school and graduated with a Master’s degree in marketing and international communications in Lyon. After two years, at the top of her class, she completed a High Distinction in Innovation creativity & Entrepreneurship course in Australia, enriched by an internship with an ethical luxury leather goods brand in Bali. And various design exhibitions at Villa Noailles (Hyères), Domaine de Baudouvin (Toulon), Babychou services (Aix-en-Provence), Observatoire du Parc Marin de la Côte Bleue (Carry-le-Rouet) and Les Voiles de Saint-Tropez (2022), among others. This is how Sindu presents itself today, as a benchmark brand in luxury craftsmanship that is currently taking off.
